JCECE 2014 Application Fees Payment Mode:

1. Online: Candidates can pay through their Debit /Credit Cards or Net Banking

2. Through Challan:

• Candidates must download and print the Bank of India Challan
• They must ensure that the printed challan contains their name and the JCECE account no 499820110000015 at Ranchi,
• Candidates can pay the fees at the nearest Bank Of India branch.
• On payment, a Transaction Number will be issued to the candidate along with the Branch Code of the branch collecting the fees.
• Candidates need to log in and enter the Transaction ID and Branch code in the JCECE 2014 Online Application Form

Guidelines for JCECE 2014 Online Application Form:

• Candidates have to keep the scanned images of the photographs, signature and left thumb impression ready for uploading. Guidelines are given below on this page for each image.
• Candidates paying online must keep their Card details on hand.
• Candidates paying by challan must pay at the bank and log in to enter the details of the payment like transaction ID, Branch Code etc.
• Candidates must keep the copies of confirmation page on hand till admission is complete.
• Candidates are NOT required to send any document to the JCECE Board.

CLASS XI

Registration for class XI is done after the class X board results is declared. Admission to class XI Science and Commerce are strictly on the basis of the marks obtained by the students in the class X Board exams. Admission depends on the availability of the seats in the particular stream. Admission to other classes will demand upon the availability of seat and competence of the students in the admission test. A transfer certificate from the previous school attended must be attached. Guardians are requested to fill the admission form with utmost accuracy and to read the prospectus thoroughly before registering the child. Every student seeking admission in the school is required to produce the following documents without which the admission cannot be finalized.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED

Attested photocopy of Municipal Birth Certificate for admission to class PREP. (Original to be produced at the time of admission). Two passport size photographs. School leaving certificate duly countersigned. Medical fitness certificate from a competent doctor. Character certificate from the school attended last.

• Applicants are required to have a valid personal E-mail ID. In case an applicant does not have a valid personal E-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying on-line. Any communication(if needed) will be communicated to this E-mail ID only.


• The payment mode is Demand Draft only. A Demand Draft of Rs. 850/- in favour of 'CCMT A/c Chinmaya Vidyalaya, B.S.City' payable at B.S.City has to be attached while submitting the Application Form in the office or sending by post. Registration No., Name, Address, Stream applied for to be written on the back side of Demand Draft.


• The name of the applicant, father and mother’s name, date of birth etc. should be spelt correctly in the form as it appears in the certificates/mark sheets. No corrections will be allowed later on.


• The applicant has to fill the Online Application Form very carefully, during filling the form, if a Data Field is mandatory then it should not be left blank. If each mandatory field is filled correctly then as soon as the applicant clicks on "Submit" Button, he/she will get the "System Generated Application Form" with a space for photograph. The Applicant has to take the printout of that System Generated Application Form and will affix his/her recent passport size photograph.


• The "System Generated Application Form" must be sent to the school office or submitted by hand latest by 07.04.2014 along with the Demand Draft.


• Only one printout of “System Generated Application Form” per applicant should be sent or submitted. Duplicate Copy will be rejected.


• Applicants should keep a photocopy of the printout of System Generated Application Form with them for their record.


• After submitting the Application form the applicant will get his/her admit card on the www.chinmayabokaro.com between a specified date range(Given in the "Guidelines for Admission to Class XI(2014-15))" . For this the applicant has to enter his/her system generated Online Registration Number and Date of Birth.


• Merit-cum-means Scholarship are available for a good number of students. THE MERITORIOUS STUDENTS BELONGING TO ECONOMICALLY WEAKER FAMILY(BPL Card Holders) NEED NOT TO SEND/SUBMIT THE DEMAND DRAFT ALONG WITH THE APPLICATION FORM.THEY HAVE TO ATTACH THE PHOTOCOPY OF THE BPL CARD AND MUST CONTACT principalcvbokaro@gmail.com or Phone-06542-269609,2690250.
