Parliament Planning to regulate Coaching Institutes

Dear All

Mohan Singh,Samajwadi Party MP today moved Private member bill  "The Pre-Examination Coaching Centres Regulatory Authority Bill, 2010."


SHRI MOHAN SINGH has moved  the Bill to provide for the constitution of a Regulatory Authority for regulation of Pre-Examination Coaching Centres and for matters connected therewith and incidental thereto, be  taken into consideration.

Is it step to curb  coaching institutes without providing parallel arrangement

Is it step to make it other source of Government revenue:above the board and below the board
    Or
Is it step to provide relief to Students and Parents
  Or

Is it part  2 of Kapil Sibal's step to change the pattern of IIT-JEE
