Form Fee : D.D Of Rs.800/- (Rupees Eight Hundred Only, Non-Refundable)
Demand Draft In Favour Of :‘Principal DPS Ranchi’ Payable At Ranchi
Last Date for form submission : Duly Filled In Downloaded Form Alongwith D.D Of Rs.800/ Shall Be Submitted On School Counter On Or Before 24.12.2013 (Tuesday).
The Registration Form Can Also Be Obtained Directly From The School Counter Showing Original Birth Certificate On Payment Of Above Mentioned Requisite Fee In Form Of D.D.

Eligibility: Age As On 31 March 2014 Shall Be: 4 ½ Yrs – 5 ½ Yrs Born Between 1 October 2008 To 30 September 2009.

1.Attested Xerox Copy Of Birth Certificate From Municipal Corporation Proof Of A Single Child (Applicable Only For A Girl Child)
2. Proof Of Sibling, If Applicable (Bonafide Certificate Issued By The School) Proof Of Parents As Alumni, If Applicable (Proof Of Being The Student Of DPS)
3. Medical Certificate Of The Child (Issued By The Registered Doctor)
4. Attested Xerox Copy Of Caste Certificate For SC/ST/OBC
5. Proof Of Residence: Voter Card/ Aadhaar Card/ Telephone Bill/ Electricity Bill/ Passport/ Ration Card
