The Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Goa has announced the time table for Goa Common Entrance Test (GCET) for the year 2015.
The examination is conducted by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE) to test the eligibility of candidates seeking admission to professional degree courses in medicine, dental, engineering, pharmacy and homoeopathy in Goa in government, government-aided and un-aided colleges, commencing in 2015-16. GCET 2015 shall be conducted in Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics and Biology, based on Class 12 syllabus prescribed by the Goa Board.
Each subject paper consists of 75 questions, of one mark each, to be answered in two hours, with no negative marking. For B.Arch courses, admissions shall be on the basis of NATA scores, conducted by Council of Architecture.

Admissions to B.Arch. course shall be on the basis of scores obtained at NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture), conducted by the Council of Architecture, and qualifying examination.
The
applicant should have secured a minimum aggregate of 45 per cent (40 per cent
for SC, ST and OBC) to be eligible.
OR
Hold a diploma from a state or central-recognised institute of three-year duration with minimum 50 per cent marks.

Have an International Baccalaureate Diploma with 50 per cent minimum aggregate with Mathematics as compulsory subject.
