The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has set up a call centre for handling routine enquiriesand grievances pertaining to various activities and functions of the board.
Students presently studying in various CBSE affiliated schools, candidates appearing in private
examination, pass out students of CBSE Board, parents, school management, new school seeking CBSE affiliation, awardees of CBSE scholarship schemes, aspirants and applicants or NEET, JEE, CTET, JNVST and general public can approach the CBSE call centre for obtaining information of the procedures/rules and regulations of various activities of the Board.

Talking to Hindustan Times, CBSE regional officer, Panchkula, RJ Khanderao, said, "The dedicated call centre is open for everybody and one can contact the board through phone call, fax, email and also post their queries. The idea is to handle the routine queries and whenever anybody wants to contact the board they are not aware where to contact and to whom they can redress their grievances. So now anybody who has any query can contact the board 24X7 on email giving details of his/her grievance/query along with contact number and details at: cbsecc@gmail.com."

Navita Puri, principal of Kundan Vidya Mandir School, civil lines, said, "This is a very good initiative by the board and now it will help the schools, parents, students to contact the board whenever they have any query."
