The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has announced that a dedicated helpline for CBSE class 10 and 12 students will be active from February.Currently no one is there to clear doubts of 10th, 12th students related to board exams, helplines are there but they are not working smoothly.
Board provide helpline numbers or may be referred as counselling numbers to clear doubts of students appearing for the board examinations.
These dedicated helpline numbers will be functional from Feb 1 to April 17. The board said that counselors and principals will provide psychological counselling from 8 am to midnight.
