Stressing on zero tolerance on indecent behaviour towards women in colleges HRD minister Pallam Raju has asked University Grants Commission (UGC) Chairman to adopt a ‘zero tolerance’ view on inappropriate behaviour towards women.
Reportedly University Grants Commission (UGC) has directed all institutions of higher learning to review and strengthen security measures for women and girls in their campuses.”We will take all measures to ensure that our educational institutions are safe for women,” HRD minister Pallam Raju said.
