Reportedly an engineering student of the college in Farrukhnagar was thrashed by security guard of college when victim returned to the classroom to collect his bag after the class was over.The student was allegedly beaten up because he had left his computer lab without permission to get his bag he had forgotten in the classroom.
“My son had taken admission in the college just 15 days ago. The college has hired bouncer-like guards to maintain discipline,” said his father in his complaint. “He had gone to the computer lab when he remembered about his bag. He rushed to get it, but this bouncer caught him and started thrashing him. Two of his classmates intervened and tried to reason with him, but he slapped them as well. My son sustained injuries on his head and neck and was taken to hospital by his friends. Now, my son is in state of shock and fear and doesn’t want to go to college,” he added.
