DA-IICT beat DTU in placements, student get 93 LPA job offer from Google

Reportedly One more student has got offer of 93 LPA from Google.As reported earlier, Himanshy Jindal from DTU got the highest offer of the year recorded till now from Google. The next offer from the google goes into account of DA-IICT , Smit sanghvi final year student of information and communication technology at Dhirubhai Ambani Institute of Information and Communication Technology has accepted this job offer.
Sanghvi preferred the company’s headquarters at Mountain View, California for his posting and will join Himanshu Jindal.
“It is a dream job. All the questions were technical but open-ended, which gave me room to present my skills to the interviewers,” said Sanghvi.
Only two months into the placement season, DAIICT has already placed 83 students with 19 of them being offered an annual package of Rs 10 lakh and above. For India placements, the highest salary offered stood at Rs 19.5 lakh annually and the average pay offered is Rs 7.3 lakh.
“Seven of my students were selected for the final round for Google placements and they were very enthusiastic about working with the company. I am happy that one of them has converted the enthusiasm into a job,” said S C Sahasrabudhe, director of DAIICT.
