Reportedly in hyderabad cyber police have arrested a second year engineering student ‘Goli Subhash chandra boase’ in charge of hacking a girl’s mail account and posting her personal details on porn website. Girl lodged a complaint on Oct 5. Accused is a second year B.Tech student in Vivekananda Global Group of Institutions located near Ramoji Film City in Hayathnagar.
The accused had also changed the victim’s secondary email ID and phone number given for verification code. Later, the victim also realized that a fake profile was created in her sister’s name on a porn website where their residential address and the contact number of her friend was given, Cyber Crime inspector M Ravi Chandan Reddy said. Based on a complaint lodged by the victim, police registered a case under the IT Act and nabbed the accused from his house in Hayathnagar on Monday. On interrogation, he confessed that the victim was a friend of his friend and that he bore a grudge against her as she used to humiliate him in front of everyone.
