According to sources Infosys co-Founder and Executive Vice-Chairman Kris Gopalakrishnan has joined the Board of Directors of IIT-Madras. Gopalkrishnan is M.Sc graduate in M.Sc Physics and M.Tech in Computer science from IIT Madras.
“This is an opportunity for me to support the institute’s operations as member of the board. It is important to raise the stature and standard of our education and research institutions and I look forward to contributing towards this,” said Gopalakrishnan in the release issued by the institute.
