Regarding publication of Results of UGET-2013

Whereas the COMEDK conducted Entrance Test on 12th May 2013 for M.B.B.S 

and B.D.S Courses and the Answer Keys for Biology and English papers were not 

published along with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in view of the 

directions of the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in writ petition number TC 

(Civil) 101 OF 2012 dated 15th January 2013 and other connected matters 

directing not to declare the results of Post Graduate/Under Graduate Entrance 

Test for Medical and Dental courses until further orders;

Whereas, the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in its Order dated 13th May 2013 

modified its earlier directions and allowed “the results of the examinations 

already conducted to be declared to enable the students to take advantage of the 

same for the current year” and thus proceed to effect admissions to these 

courses;

Now, therefore it is decided to publish the Answer Keys of COMEDK UGET-2013 

held on Sunday the 12th of May 2013 in respect of Biology and English 

subjects/Papers today;

The Calendar of Events both for Engineeing and Medical/Dental courses remain 

the same as was published in the UGET-2013 Brochure and reproduced bfor ready reference.
