New academis session at Delhi University has started, according to sourcess all first year students at Delhi ?University will get their own personal laptops. “We have placed orders with the government of India and we shall start assigning laptops to students in September. All first year students will have personal laptops that the university had promised by the end of September,” said Dinesh Singh vice-chancellor , Delhi University
