Note

1. The PPTs will be held after the class hours from Monday through Friday in two slots: 5.30 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. and 6.30 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. On Saturdays / Sundays / Holidays*, there may be around five slots: 9.30 a.m. / 11.00 a.m. / 2.30 p.m. / 4.30 p.m. / 6.30 p.m.
2. If the company is interested in making an early PPT, it is most welcome to block a slot and a date as early as it can. This will provide sufficient time to the students for making a considered decision in joining the company.
3. In case the company finds inconvenience in visiting twice for going through the complete campus selection process, it is most welcome to carry out the entire selection process, including PPT, during final placement season on a mutually agreed date. It is natural that it will be too difficult to accommodate the entire selection process except the final rounds in early days of the final placement process.
