List of candidates called for Document Verification cum Admission
for BHMCT programme 2013 at Mesra 

Based on data provided in the application forms, following candidates are being called for
document verification cum admissison on merit for the full-time Bachelor of Hotel Management
& Catering Technology programme 2013 at Mesra [based on their marks in Class 12 or
equivalent examination]. This list is in the order of merit. The list is being placed only on the
Institute website and on the Notice Boards of the Institute at Mesra.
All provisionally selected candidates are required to report in person for document verification
cum admission at Admission Office, Mesra, during working hours on any working day by
9 July 2013, failing which their admission offers will be cancelled.
At the time of reporting for document verification cum admission, selected candidates would be
required to submit the following documents in original (except the Photo ID), as well as one
set of photocopies:
1. Pass Certificate of Class 10
2. Marksheet of Class 10
3. Marksheet of Class 12 / I. Sc. or equivalent
4. School / College leaving certificate
5. Migration Certificate
6. Originals of caste certificate (if applicable). Caste certificates must be in proper
format, signed by appropriate authority of rank not less than SDO.
7. Originals of being physically handicapped / other special category certificates (OBC) (if
applicable). Candidates belonging to physically handicapped / other special
categories (OBC) mentioned in brochure must have relevant certificate(s) in
proper format signed by appropriate authority.
8. Photo identification: (Driving license, Passport, PAN Card, Voter ID, School /College ID
are acceptable).
Notes:
1. All shortlisted applicants should proceed to report for document verification cum
admission only after they satisfy themselves that they fulfill all the eligibility criteria.
2. All shortlisted applicants called for document verification cum admission, are allowed
to appear on purely provisional basis, subject to their eligibility being verified at the
time of document verification. Merely being allowed to appear at the document
verification will not be considered as adequate ground for being eligible for
admission.

Total fees payable at the time of admission:
Provisionally selected candidates will be required to deposit an amount of Rs.71,500/- by
crossed demand draft in favour of “Birla Institute of Technology”, payable at Ranchi for
admission to BHMCT programme at Mesra.
NB: Hostel facility is subject to availability & extra charges for Hostel seat rent & other
will applicable, if allotted a seat.
