General category (upto AIR15000) : 11.00 AM
General category (upto 15001-30000) : 3.00 PM
August 4, 2013
General category (upto 40,000) : 9.00 AM- 11.00 AM
General category (upto 60,000) : 11.00 AM-1.00 PM
General category (60,001 & onwards) : 3.00 PM onwards

Counselling including deposit of fee for the vacant seats:

2 No separate letter for counselling shall be issued.
3 Only those candidates who have applied to our University on or before June 10, 2013 shall be considered for admission during the counseling.

MODES OF PAYMENT OF FEE AND OTHER DUES:
Total fee: Either in cash or through Demand Draft. Facility of payment of fee through credit/debit card shall also be available.

In the form of Demand Draft (DD), the DD of requisite amount should be made in favour of Thapar
University, Patiala and payable at Patiala. The DD must reach the University on or before the prescribed
date otherwise the candidature shall be cancelled.
FEE AMOUNT (To be paid at the time of counseling):
- Rs 113,400/- (without hostel)
- Rs 138,400/- (with hostel) + Rs 3500/- for Mess security
