JCECE 2013 Second Round of Counselling Announced!

The JCECE 2013 Counselling for the Second Round  for admissions to the engineering courses in the state has been announced from August 3 to 6, 2013.

Students will have to attend the counselling based on the schedule given. The JCECE board will not send call letters.

Students have to pay a counselling fee of Rs 200 (Rs 150 for SC/ST) to be eligible to participate in the counselling.

JCECE 2013 Second Round Counselling Procedure has been announced and specifies the process of counselling including fee payment, document verification and seat allotment followed by admission. Candidates can check for the salient points of the Counselling of JCECE 2013 for the Second Round.

JCECE 2013 Second Round Counselling

• Seat allotment will be through the Computerized Distribution Parallel Counselling.
• Students have to attend the counselling in person and can be accompanied by a guardian or a parent.
• Candidates have to report as per the schedule given below as no sepatae intimation in any form will be given by the board.
• Candidates are required to furnish the originals along with a set of attested copies of the documents specified below during JCECE 2013 counselling.
• Admission fees as specified will have to be paid after allotment to confirm the seat.

JCECE 2013 Counselling Fees:  Rs 200 (Rs 150 for SC/ST).

Note:

• Candidates who have not taken part in the first round after paying the counselling fees but wish to take part in the second round need not pay the fees again
• Candidates who have taken part in the first round should pay the counselling fees again for the second round.

Note: The Board’s copy of the challan after payment is to be submitted by the candidate during counselling.

2. Through an Indian Postal Order (IPO) in favour of the Controller of Examinations JCECEB payable at Doranda Note:  The Postal order must be submitted at the time of counselling.

JCECE 2013 Seat Allotment will be on the basis of the combined merit list  (CML) and the preferences of the candidates.

• Birth Certificate
• Class X Marks sheet & Certificate
• Class XII Marks sheet & Certificate
• School leaving certificate
• Local Resident Certificate given by the SDO (Civil)/DC
• Caste certificate if any
• Category Certificate if applicable
• Medical Certificate in case of PH candidates
