PDPU 2013: Admission on Vacant ACPC Seats on August 12!

Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU) has announced the admissions for the vacant ACPC seats on August 12, 2013 as per the merit list published for the same. The Merit List is prepared on the basis of the candidate's JEE Main 2013 All India Ranks and the performance in Class XII. Candidates can check for their names in the Merit List given below.  Counselling Schedule for Admission of Vacant ACPC Seats

PDPU 2013 Counselling modalities, Documents needed for verification and Fee details:

PDPU 2013 Counselling involves the process of applying for the courses after meeting the eligibility, document verification and admissions to the UG Engineering Courses at PanditDeendayal Petroleum University. Candidates can check the modalities of the Counselling Process of PDPU 2013.

PDPU 2013 Counselling:

• After the provisional Merit List is announced, students who figure in the list have to attend the Counselling of PDPU 2013 as per the specified Schedule
• Candidates are required to attend the PDPU 2013 counselling in person along with the requisite documents mentioned below.
• Candidates who are unable to attend the counselling due to unavoidable circumstances may send a guardian/representative along with a request-cum-authority letter and the requisite original documents.
• Candidates who are allotted seats after document verification have to pay the admissions fees as prescribed.in the form of a Demand Draft drawn in favor of ‘PanditDeendayal Petroleum University’, payable at Ahmedabad.

Fees to be paid during admission:

• B. Tech.(Chemical, Civil,Electrical,Industrial,Mechanical): Rs 64,500 inclusive of a refundable fee of Rs 13,000.
• B. Tech.(PetroleumEngineering): Rs 82,000 inclusive of a refundable fee of Rs 13,000.

Note: Industrial Orientation Program Fee Rs.7,500/-, and Rural/Civic & Social Service Internship Program

Fee Rs. 2 000/- to be paid separately

Documents to be furnished during PDPU 2013 Counselling:

• JEE (Main) 2013 Admit Card.
• JEE (Main) 2013 Score Card.
• Class X/ SSC Marks sheet
• Class XII/ HSC Marks sheet
• School Leaving Certificate or Transfer Certificate.
• Caste certificate  if applicable
• Certificate of Physical Disability,  if applicable

In case, candidates are not able to furnish documents during PDPU 2013 Counselling, they can deposit an additiona amount of Rs 10,000 as security deposit to the University.

Such amount will be refunded after deducting Rs 500 as administrative expenses after the documents are submitted by July 31, 2013.
