For the first time Board exam will be held on Sunday

Education system is continuously changes, for the first time ever in the Maharashtra state a HSC board exam paper has been scheduled on Sunday. HSC students will have to write their biology and economics papers on March 17, which is a Sunday.

“The students demanded a change in schedule because they needed more time to prepare. We had to push the exam to a Sunday because either an HSC or an SSC exam was scheduled for the other days; we can’t have exams of two board levels on the same day. Students will have to adjust,” said a senior officer from the state education board.
With this new change initiated by Maharashtra state it might be possible that from coming year other states will also adapt this change.
