CBSE Helpline is active now – Important numbers and sites for students

CBSE board exams are scheduled to begin from March 1. CBSE has started its counselling helpline for students 1800118004 begin_of_the_skype_highlighting 1800118004 FREE  end_of_the_skype_highlighting from 1st February, it will be active till April 17. CBSE has took this initiative to reduce stress of students during exam period. This helpline will provide psychological support to students.


The toll free number 1800118004 can be accessed by students from any part of the country. Reportedly the general queries will be answered by the operators, students will be connected to the principals or counselors in case of exam related anxiety or stress.
Students can also log on to the CBSE website and interact with chairman on exam related issues. The professor and director (Academic, Research, Training and Innovation) and controller of examinations, CBSE can also be contacted for on-line counseling on: sadhanap.cbse@nic.in, . Information related to examinations and techniques to cope with exam related anxiety is also provided at the CBSE website .
The counseling will be offered by trained counselors and principals from within CBSE affiliated schools located in and outside India. This year 66 principals, trained counselors from CBSE affiliated government and private schools and few psychologist will participate in tele-counseling and address exam related psychological problems of the students.
