Reportedly as part of plan to contribute to the community development of the Madhya Pradesh state, NTPC is planning to set up a new engineering college in the state in shivpuri district.
“Setting up of the engineering college at Shivpuri will enhance the accessibility of local people to technical degree courses which will be of help to the people of the State besides contributing in overall development of the district. This gesture of NTPCBSE of partnership in setting up of this engineering college will help in further enhancing the cordial relationship with the Madhya Pradesh Government,” NTPC said in a statement
Minister of power of Madhya Pradesh state Jyotiraditya Scindia would be laying the foundation stone of Shivpuri Institute of Technology at Shivpuri in Madhya Pradesh on July 21.
