What changes can be made in IIT Entrance 2014?

This year IIT entrance examination, JEE Advance 2013 is over now and every one wants to know, what will be the pattern of IIT Entrance 2014?
About JEE Advanced 2013
In JEE Advance 2013 IIT entrance examination was a two tier process, JEE Main + JEE Advance.
Eligibility criteria:
1. A student must be under top 1.5 lakh in JEE Main, only then he can appear for IIT entrance examination (JEE Advance 2013)
2. If student clear JEE Advanced, he/she will be eligible to get admission in IITs only when he is under top 20 percentile in their respective boards
Cut off to get under top 20 percentile varies for each board, to check boards cut off 2013 check this.
A big misunderstanding occurred, while state boards calculated top 20 percentile this year and due to this 79 students missed their IIT admission at last moment.
The Boards did the calculation voluntarily. On top of that, they calculated it on the basis of those who appeared instead of those who passed the Class XII examination . Right from the beginning , the JEE website has been saying 20 percentile has to be on the basis of those who passed the test. So we had to recalculate.
Some of these students also filed court case against top 20 percentile issue this year, but nothing can be done now, siad R V Shevgaonkar, director, IIT-Delhi.
What changes students can we expect from IIT Entrance 2014?
IITs are not looking to change their stand now, only thing that can be change, it’d be seen as being subjective.
IITs will look into the 20 percentile criterion as well as number of students who can appear for JEE (Advanced).
